2016年5月26日,北京市委組織部、市委統戰部召開了北京市第三批高層次黨外代表人士掛職鍛鍊啟動會。7名高層次黨外人士將安排到市政府部門,市屬高校、國有企業掛職。其中,韓魯佳掛職崗位:掛職崗位:北京市農村工作委員會副主任,掛職時間一年。
2017年12月5日,北京市人民政府第171次常務會議決定,免去韓魯佳的北京市農村工作委員會副主任職務(結束掛職)。

曾獲國家科技進步獎二等獎2項,教育部、農業部科技進步獎一等獎各1項,其他省部級科技成果獎4項,其中“新型秸稈揉切機系列產品研製與開發”獲2005年度國家科學技術獎科技進步獎二等獎(第1完成人),“9LRZ—80型新型立式秸稈揉切機的研製”獲2003年度教育部科學技術獎科技進步一等獎(第1完成人)。
近5年,先後獲國家發明專利授權5項、實用新型專利授權6項;申請國家發明專利5項、國家實用新型專利3項。
