GM-CSF

GM-CSF是granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor的縮寫，意思是粒細胞-巨噬細胞集落刺激因子，也指藥品沙格司亭。

對髓系幹細胞到成熟粒細胞的增殖與分化過程均有刺激作用。可促進髓系幹細胞向粒系（包括中性粒細胞、嗜酸粒細胞系）、紅素、巨核細胞系、粒單細胞系和單核細胞系的共同祖細胞分化，並促進以上各系造血定向幹細胞的增殖與成熟，對嗜鹼粒細胞的作用不明顯，對紅系晚期造血細胞的作用也較小。

〖英文釋義〗An acidic glycoprotein of MW 23 kDa with internal disulfide bonds. The protein is produced in response to a number of inflammatory mediators by mesenchymal cells present in the hemopoietic environment and at peripheral sites of inflammation. GM-CSF is able to stimulate the production of neutrophilic granulocytes,macrophages,and mixed granulocyte-macrophage colonies from bone marrow cells and can stimulate the formation of eosinophil colonies from fetal liver progenitor cells. GM-CSF can also stimulate some functional activities in mature granulocytes and macrophages.
