研究方向

薄膜電晶體顯示、存儲、突觸等相關領域的套用研究。
主要集中在溶液法器件材料與結構、納米材料套用、界面反應與物理分析、載流子輸運與電荷陷阱調控等方面。

學術成果

在印刷顯示材料開發和系統集成等方面取得了一系列研究成果,近三年在ACS ami、JPCC、JCIS、Soft matter、AMT等期刊發表研究論文30多篇,其中第一作者發表10篇;申請專利50餘件,已授權專利15件。
