陳帥，北京大學博士，浙江大學長聘教授、博士生導師，教育部青年長江學者。任職於浙江大學中國農村發展研究院(卡特)、浙江大學公共管理學院農經系，學科方向為農林經濟管理，擔任浙江大學農業與農村發展研究所副所長、農經系副系主任。

主要經歷
陳帥2014年博士畢業於北京大學，師從農業資源與環境經濟學家徐晉濤教授；2015年進入北京大學光華管理學院套用經濟學系、北京大學經濟政策研究所做博士後，合作導師是陳玉宇教授和蔡洪濱教授；2017年獲評“北京大學優秀博士後”，隨即入職浙江大學，受聘“百人計畫”研究員、博士生導師；2020年獲浙江大學長聘副教授任職資格，2023年晉升長聘教授。
