《律師（組詩）》包括六首詩，各首詩與“律師主題”的關聯如下：
《律師》寫律師對正義的追求；
《散步》寫猶如法律海洋的碧空消融了律師片刻的田園夢；
《自題小像》寫律師在心境的靜中專注於法律；
《不是詩人》以律師辯詞的風格“論證”了律師“不是詩人”；
《無題》寫律師堅定的志向。
《誰說律師的工作枯燥無味》寫律師辦理訴訟案件的樂趣。

創作過程
《自題小像》原題“在寧靜的山村”，於2014年的一個假日作於上海。那天，陽光暖暖的照著，我坐在窗子旁看案卷，因專注于思考法律問題，窗外孩子們的戲耍聲不但沒有干擾對法律的思考，反而營造了溫暖的情調，於是在休息時寫下了此詩（詩中“寧靜的山村”係為寫心境的靜而設）。正是基於此詩的以上創作過程，我將詩題改為“自題小像”並放入律師組詩。
《不是詩人》

讀過一點林徽因，
暖暖的太陽照過；
還未讀過泰戈爾，
夜裡的花香聞過；
法律人，
結束了一天的工作，
睡在詩的夢裡。

創作過程
2014年的一天，我在上海第二中級人民法院開庭歸來途中，收到一朋友的微信，問我讀過泰戈爾的詩沒有。我讀過的詩確實很少，泰戈爾的詩更沒有看過，就即興在微信上寫了這首小詩作答。復旦校友王述堯教授（王教授畢業於復旦大學文學院，獲文學博士學位，我畢業於復旦大學法學院，獲法學碩士學位）評論此詩：“律師的詩，一環扣一環”。復旦校友牛娃娃的偷閒樂園評論此詩：“林徽因的字，陽光之暖；泰戈爾的詩，月色花香；律師的日子，白天托拉斯，夜夢芳香詩”。我自己也認為此詩帶有律師辯詞的色彩，故將其放入律師組詩。

面對一溝絕望的死水，
我曾彷徨，但最終堅持；
如今，清風吹動死水，
我志向更加堅定——
在法律神賜予的舞台，努力，
投入一幕幕
為正義奮鬥的活劇！

《無題》是作者2012年11月讀聞一多《死水》一詩後所作，可以看作是律師的一則讀詩筆記。

誰說律師的工作枯燥無味？
我們運用證據回溯案件事實，
有考古學家透過碎片講述一段歷史的樂趣；
我們探尋當事人的真實意思，
有翻譯家冥思苦想探究作者原意的樂趣；
我們法庭發問，使殘缺的事實接近圓滿，
