彭海琳

彭海琳,北京大學化學分子工程學院教授、博士生導師。吉林大學化學系學士(1996-2000年),北京大學化學與分子工程學院博士(2000-2005年),史丹福大學材料科學與工程系博士後(2005-2009年)。2009年6月在北京大學化學與分子工程學院任副教授、博士生導師,2014年7月晉升為教授。主要從事納米材料化學與納米器件研究,當前研究興趣包括石墨烯與拓撲絕緣體納米結構等二維晶體材料的製備方法、化學調製與光電器件套用基礎研究。主持國家科技部、國家自然科學基金委、中組部、教育部、北京市科委等基金項目8項。已發表SCI收錄論文70餘篇,影響因子超過8的論文40餘篇,包括Nature子刊 (6篇), JACS(6篇), Nano Lett. (15篇), Adv. Mater. (4篇),Acc. Chem. Res.(1篇),Coord. Chem. Rev.(1篇)。論文被引用逾3000次,單篇最高他引1000餘次。2011年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”,2012年獲批國家首批優秀青年基金,2012年入選中組部“萬人計畫”首批青年拔尖人才,2014年獲霍英東教育基金會青年教師基金,2014年任國家973計畫青年科學家項目首席科學家。近5年來,在國際及雙邊重要學術會議上做邀請報告30餘次,籌劃和組織國際和雙邊會議6次。擔任第一屆納米化學專業委員會委員和中國化學會青年化學工作者委員會第一屆委員。

湖南湘鄉人,1996年畢業於長沙市一中省理科實驗班,2000年獲吉林大學化學學士, 2005年獲北京大學理學博士,2005-2009年在美國史丹福大學材料系從事博士後研究,2009年6月到北京大學化學與分子學院工作,歷任副教授、教授與博士生導師。入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”(2011年)、國家首批優秀青年基金(2012年)、中組部首批青年拔尖人才(2012年)、國家973計畫青年科學家項目首席科學家(2014)。

科研成果

一直從事納米材料化學與納米器件研究,當前研究興趣包括二維晶體材料的控制合成方法、光電性質與新概念能源器件套用。2009年回國後發展了二維Dirac材料(石墨烯、拓撲絕緣體納米結構等)的製備方法、化學修飾與光電器件加工技術。發展了二維疊層同質或異質結構的范德華外延生長方法,實現了AB 堆垛雙層石墨烯大面積范德華外延(Nano Lett. 2011,11, 1106);建立了高質量石墨烯PN結的調製摻雜生長方法,並研究了石墨烯PN結的“光熱電”機制的高效能量轉換(Nature Commun. 2012,3, 1280; J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2013,135, 10926);提出了石墨烯的非對稱雙面化學修飾方法(Nature Commun. 2013, 4, 1443);建立和發展了拓撲絕緣體納米結構的控制生長方法,利用“氣液固(VLS)”、“氣固(VS)”、和“范德華外延”等材料生長方法,實現了高質量和大比表面積的拓撲絕緣體納米帶和超薄納米片的可控制備(Nano Lett. 2010, 10, 2870; Nano Lett.2010, 10, 2245),實現了拓撲絕緣體納米結構在表面的定點與定向范德華外延生長 (J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2012, 134, 6132),並將范德華外延方法推廣到其他二維硫族晶體材料的製備(J. Am. Chem. Soc.2013, 135, 13274; ACS Nano. 2014, 8, 1485);首次觀測到拓撲絕緣體Bi2Se3納米帶表面態的AB量子干涉效應等新奇量子現象(Nature Mater. 2010,9, 225;他引200餘次),通過柵電壓實現了拓撲絕緣體納米薄片化學勢的調控,並首次將拓撲絕緣體二維納米結構套用於柔性透明導電薄膜(Nature Chem. 2012, 4, 281; Adv. Mater. 2013, 25, 5959)。
迄今已發表SCI收錄論文70餘篇,包括Nature Materials (1篇), Nature Chemistry (1篇), Nature Communications (2篇),Nature Nanotech. (2篇), Nano Lett. (15篇), J. Am. Chem. Soc. (5篇), Adv. Mater. Rev.(1篇),論文被SCI他引3000餘次。研究成果受到國內外同行的廣泛關注,多次被Reviews of Modern Physics, NatureMaterials, Nature Photonics, Nature Chemistry, C&E News, SLAC, PhysOrg等正面報導。獲美國發明專利1項、申請美國發明專利1項和中國發明專利2項。曾獲中國分析測試協會科學技術一等獎(2005年,排名第2)。籌劃和組織國際和雙邊會議5次,包括2011年美國材料研究學會(MRS)秋季會議“拓撲絕緣體材料”分會(co-chair,這是該主題在MRS系列會議上首次召開)、2011年中國材料研討會的“第一屆中國-新加坡青年材料學家論壇”(co-chair)、2012年北京大學國際能源材料與化學研討會(主要組織者),2013年“納米化學前沿論壇”國際會議(主要組織者),2014年”二維晶體材料化學“國際論壇(co-chair)。
