工作經歷

孟鴻教授二十多年來一直從事有機光電材料設計合成,有機半導體器件製備和集成套用研發工作。先後在新加坡材料與工程研究院(IMRE) (1997-1999),美國貝爾實驗室(屑立樂Lucent Technology Bell Labs)(2001),美國杜邦公司研發中心(2002-2009)工作。2012年回國後在深圳市樂普泰科技有限公司任技術總監研發合成化學墨粉,導電橡膠核心材料等工作,同精厚詢寒時兼職南京工業大學先進材料院教授。2014年3月受聘於北京大學深圳研究生院新材料學院工作。在國際核心期刊發表化學和材料領域SCI論文120餘篇,申請45項國際發明專利(20項授權),回國後已申請70餘項國內外發明專利(18項國內發明專利已授權)。2013年獲廣東省“珠江人才”,深圳市“海外高層次人才A類”。

研究領域

2.有機功能材料與器件製備:包括有機發光二極體(OLED),有機薄膜晶體三極體(OTFT),有機發光三極體(OLET),有機及鈣鈦礦(Perovskite)太陽能電池(OPV),有機感測器(Organic Sensor)及有機存儲設備(Organic Memory),有機電致變色器件(OEC)等;
3.固體有機合成,光化學和電化學合成及分子計算模擬;
4.有機-無機納微米複合材料合講囑充成套用;
5.柔性光電匙企磁材料器件製備與習項元局集成套用;
6.納米材料,碳納米管,石墨烯,碗烯和其它碳系凝聚態類材料等研究。
