天華世紀傳媒有限公司(簡稱THM)由中國電視領域的三大卓越公司共同投資成立。控股公司是深圳市天威視訊股份有限公司，中國最好的有線電視運營商之一；另一股東是中國最有名的國際電視頻道代理商：深圳市震華高新電子有限公司。2012年1月5日，全國唯一的專業級跨區域廣播電視光纜傳輸運營商——中國有限將以現金入股的方式助資天華894.41萬元，成為天華公司的第三大股東。

The holding company is Shenzhen Topway Video Communication Co.,Ltd,one of the best cable TV operators in China,while the other share holder is China's most famous agency for international TV channels,Shenzhen Zhenhua New High-tech Electronic Co., Ltd. January 5th,2012 China Cable TV Network Co.,Ltd. the sole professional inter-regional cable tv operator in China, has provided a capital injecion of 89491 milion RMB to TianHua in terms of stock investment, and it becomes the third biggest shareholders of THM.

天華世紀傳媒有限公司與央視展開深度合作，共同打造《3D風尚》和《3D發現》兩個精品欄目，於每日20:30-21:00黃金時段在央視3D實試驗頻道進行播出。
央視3D頻道由中央電視台負責牽頭製作和播出，聯合深圳市電視台、北京電視台、上海電視台等共6家單位共同開辦。其中，天華世紀傳媒公司作為深圳電視台的委託單位，負責向該頻道每天提供30分鐘的3D節目內容，具體為《3D風尚》與《3D發現》兩個欄目。
