《Never Say Never - The Remixes》，專輯中收錄了七首包括他與Rascal Flatts（流氓弗拉德）、Chris Brown（克里斯-布朗）以及Usher（亞瑟小子）合作的歌曲。《Never Say Never - The Remixes》將是Bieber繼《My World》、《My World 2.0》以及10年11月26日推出的《My Worlds Acoustic》之後的又一張唱片，製作人Sean Garrett透露，“繼續讓他深入年輕的成人領域，我們希望所有的歌迷都能跟他一起歡樂、為他著迷、對他感到興奮，當然我們也希望能夠吸引一些22-23歲的人來關注和喜歡他。”
