黃啟宏，男，副教授，生於1974年，研究生學歷，博士學位。2007年獲電子科技大學信號與信息處理專業博士學位，現任電子工程學院副院長。

1．數位訊號處理和圖像信息技術

2．綜合觀測數據的融合和三維成像技術
