入選國家青年特聘人才項目、德國洪堡學者、西安交通大學青拔A類、仲英青年學者、中國化學會套用化學學科委員會委員。1981年生於江蘇沛縣，2004年本科畢業於南京大學；2010年博士畢業於中國科學院長春套用化學研究所。2008至2014年先後在荷蘭埃因霍溫理工大學、德國洪堡大學/波茨坦大學、美國史丹福大學、麻省大學Amherst分校做學術研究；和其他洪堡同仁一起，受德國總統和總理接見。2014年入職西安交通大學前沿院，為電力設備電氣絕緣國家重點實驗室固定研究人員。

1. Characterization methods for material physics of polymer film, photon and charge transport in organic electronics, organic/polymer photovoltaic devices and transistors/circuits. 有機高分子薄膜的材料物理表征方法；薄膜中光學和電學分布；柔性太陽能電池和電晶體/電路。
2. Polymer dielectrics and insulator electret devices. 高分子絕緣電介質和絕緣駐極體器件。
3. Film-depth-dependent light absorption spectroscopy; 3D tomography；Plasma and its applications in optical analysis of polymer electrical/electronic materials 薄膜斷層光譜及成像技術；高壓放電電漿技術及其在有機電學材料中的套用。
