馬妙君， 男，1983 年生，理學博士，教授，碩士研究生導師。2009年6月畢業於蘭州大學生命科學學院，乾旱與草地生態教育部重點實驗室，生態學專業，獲博士學位。一直從事相關青藏高原高寒植物生態學的基礎研究工作。
