韋華全，男，廣西南寧人，教授，理學博士（數學），廣西師範學院基礎數學專業碩士研究生導師，廣西師範學院重點骨幹教師，中國數學會和美國數學會會員。

歷程
韋華全教授的主要研究方向是代數學的抽象有限群理論。早在上世紀八十年代，他就對有限群關於合成塊分解的惟一性問題進行了研究。通過巧妙地構造一個不定方程，他於1995年解決了前蘇聯著名群論專家Чунихнн提出幾十年未獲解決的惟一性問題。2004年，韋華全教授通過證明逆否命題，解決了Skiba在著名的群論雜誌《群論中未解決的問題》中提出的公開問題。除此之外，韋教授還解決了多個困難問題，推廣了Frobenius定理、Burnside定理、Ito定理、Kramer定理、Buckley定理和Srinivasan定理。在《Proc. Amer. Math. Soc.》(美國)、《Israel J. Math.》(以色列)、《J. Algebra》(美國)、《中國科學A輯》、《Proc. Edinburgh Math. Soc.》(英國)、《Comm. Algebra》(美國) 、《J. Group Theory》(德國)、《J. Pure Appl. Algebra》(荷蘭)、《Bull. Austral. Math. Soc.》(澳大利亞)、《Arch. Math.》(瑞士)、《Acta Math. Hungar.》(匈牙利)等國內外期刊上發表了30餘篇論文，其中被SCI收錄16篇。由於在本領域內的突出成果，他獲得了國內外同行的高度讚賞和評價，被SCI核心期刊《Proc. Edinburgh Math. Soc.》邀請作為該刊的審稿人。
