邱克強

博士,瀋陽工業大學教授、學科帶頭人、博士生導師。1984.7畢業於吉林工業大學鑄造專業獲學士學位,1990.6畢業於瀋陽工業大學鑄造專業獲碩士學位,2002.1畢業於中國科學院金屬研究所材料學專業獲博士學位。2002.3~2004.3在中國科學院金屬腐蝕與防護博士後流動站工作。曾任遼寧工業大學材料學院副院長、錦州特殊鋼股份有限公司副總經理等職。現任瀋陽(鐵西)裝備製造業聚集區公共研發中心常務副主任,遼寧省千百萬人才工程第一層次人選,瀋陽市領軍人才。

人物簡介

研究領域

主要從事非晶合金、鎂合金、複合材料、鑄造過程模擬仿真等方面的研究工作。在非晶合金領域中,對多種體系的非晶合金、非晶基複合材料、非晶/準晶/納米晶強化晶態材料、快淬晶態材料的結構、物理性能、力學性能進行了大量研究,取得了許多具有意義的研究結果:發現了具有良好套用前景的Mg基非晶合金塑膠;在國內率先採用液態金屬凝固法製備出多孔非晶合金;在國際上率先採用非晶合金粉末固結法製備出多孔塊體非晶合金;通過原位生成晶態相分別製備出超達塑性Mg基、Ti基非晶合金複合材料;採用非晶/準晶/納米晶增強鎂合金複合材料獲得成功;開發出了具有塑性變形能力的Fe基、Mg基塊體非晶合金;發現了Mg-Cu-Nd三元塊體非晶合金的成分範圍;製備了具有高晶化溫度的W-Fe-C-B 非晶合金;發現了具有較大非晶形成能力低彈性模量的Ti基非晶合金,在生物材料上具有較好的套用前景。在非晶合金理論研究方面:提出了非晶合金凝固的界面結構,建立了非晶合金熱加工歸一化視窗,使不同體系的非晶合金的熱加工性能可以直接進行比較。

主要成果

主要從事非晶合金、鑄造鎂合金、金屬基複合材料的研究,先後參與完成國家自然科學基金面上項目和重大項目各1項、國家973項目3項;主持完成遼寧省自然基金多項;在Acta Mater、Intermetallics、Metall Mater Trans A、Mater Lett、金屬學報等國內外雜誌發表論文120多篇。其中被SCI和EI收錄90多篇。研究工作包括醫用泡沫塊體非晶合金、醫用Ti合金、Ti基非晶合金及其複合材料、鎂基非晶合金及其複合材料、Fe基非晶合金及其磁性材料的研究、非晶合金凝固理論、高強度低成本鑄造鎂合金等。代表作品有:
