諾考達唑

是一種抗腫瘤藥物，通過使微管解聚發揮作用。微管對於細胞進入有絲分裂時期是至關重要的，許多藥物，如vincristine、colcemid、Nocodazole等都可以干擾微管的聚合，從而使細胞停留在細胞周期的G2/M 期。在細胞生物學試驗中，這些藥物常常被使用，以使細胞同步化。
