袁曉軍(上海科技大學助理教授)

袁曉軍博士曾獲得上海交通大學電子工程系的學士學位、復旦大學通信工程系的碩士學位，並於2008年獲得香港城市大學電子工程系的博士學位。之後，留在香港城市大學擔任電子工程系的研究員，並於2009年與2010年的春夏兩季以訪問學者的身份訪問夏威夷大學馬諾分校。2011年7月，袁曉軍博士加入香港中文大學，成為網路編碼研究所的助理教授。袁曉軍博士於2014年7月全職加入上海科技大學信息科學與技術學院任助理教授。

個人簡介
