薛夢凡，女，山西省永濟市人，杭州電子科技大學自動化學院副教授，碩士生導師。ISIS系統評議專家，多年從事信息融合、目標檢測與識別、醫學影像處理、智慧型診斷等方面的工作，已經在《Aerospace Science and Technology》《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《Acta Astronautica》、《Chinese Journal of Aeronautics》、《Science China Information Sciences》、《Sensors》以及《Acta Physica Sinica》等期刊發表多篇論文，授權發明專利3項。

1990年4月出生，2016年西安電子科技大學空間科學與技術學院博士畢業。杭州電子科技大學六層次引進人才，入選2017年校優秀骨千教師支持計畫。現任杭州電子科技大學副教授。
