芝加哥比翼雙飛牛排

基本步驟


做法:
1、醃料用清水攪勻,成略稠狀態;
2、牛排稍微洗一下,用廚房紙吸掉水分,放到醃汁中渾身沾滿;雞翅同理;
3、將牛排和雞翅轉入保鮮盒中,醃汁淋上去,蓋蓋後放冰櫃冷藏,醃製一天(其間要翻面一兩次);
4、第二天取出,熱鍋,放橄欖油或牛油煎牛排,煎雞翅,煎好一面再翻面;
5、同時隨手切半個洋蔥,放入鍋中稍煎,不用太熟;
6、最後起鍋,將洋蔥墊在盤子上,放上牛排和雞翅,準備開動!
確實相當美味,就是汁少了點兒~~以後不用自己調來調去了,現成的其實也挺好~~
