摘要 | 作者於1978年從福建省福州市西湖公園 的芒果花中分離出一株酵母1519. 該菌株不產生子囊孢子 、擲孢子, 未見到有鎖狀連合。未發現有性繁殖。無性繁 殖是在母細胞上產生小梗, 小梗上產生子細胞, 子細胞還 可以再生子細胞. 如果子細胞不脫落則成鏈狀或分枝的鏈 狀. 不發酵任何糖. 按照形態和繁殖特徵只符合 Lodder(1970)酵母分類專著中半知菌部分的梗酵母。因此 將它放入梗孢酵母屬, 命名為福州梗孢酵母 (Sterigmatomyces fuzhouensis sp. nov.) |
Abstract | A new species AlBUGO PILEAE Tao et Y. Qin sp. nov. parasitic on pilea fasciata belonging to Urticaceae collected form Sichuan is described. Albugo pileae shows certain similarities toA.candida and A.candida and A.ipomoeae-aquaticae but it differs from these two species not only in parasitizing on different host families but also in morphologically. This new speciesis easily distinguished form the proceding species by of its smooth epispore ang smaller size of oospore. A.pileae sp.nov. is the first record of an Albugo parasitizing on the family Urticaceae. Latin and Chinese diagnoses for the new species are given. Type specimen of new species is deposited in Sichuan Agricultural College, Ya'an, Sichuan, China. |
