梁瓊麟

梁瓊麟,清華大學長聘副教授、博士生導師

以微流控學為基礎,發展微納流體操控的新原理新技術,並將其套用於微納尺度的輸運、組裝和生物製造,模擬組織器官的微結構和微環境,結合原位光譜成像分析和質譜聯用分析等檢測技術,構建生命分析和生物醫學研究的新模型,發展微流控生命分析的原理、方法及裝置,參與生命科學前沿基礎研究,服務於藥物研發、臨床檢測等國家重大需求。研究重點方向包括組織器官晶片、單細胞亞細胞分析晶片及臨床組學分析與生物標誌物檢測的微流控晶片系統研製。主持承擔國家自然科學基金項目,國家重大科技專項課題,國家973計畫和重點研發計畫計畫子課題等多項國家科研任務。發表SCI論文150餘篇,他引3000餘次。以共同作者出版學術著作5部, 獲得授權中國發明專利十餘項。部分研究成果在合作的製藥企業、臨床醫院得到一定套用,曾共同獲得國家科技進步二等獎3項。

科研綜述:
