林憲政，1970年生於台灣省台南市，現任台州學院商學院教授、台州市文化和旅遊研究院院長，兼任數字與智慧型化旅遊研究院院長。本科及碩士畢業於美國亞利桑那州維斯敦大學，後獲東華大學公共行政碩士學位、高雄科技大學管理學院博士學位。研究領域涵蓋企業組織行為、數位化行銷、醫養產業鏈及健康大數據管理。
歷任輔英科技大學講師至副教授，兼任附設醫院企劃室主任，曾任青島大學商學院教授。2014-2018年以第一或通訊作者發表SSCI/SCI期刊論文12篇，成果涉及跨文化行為對醫療信息系統的影響、新冠肺炎防疫行為心理學機制等方向。2020年起主導旅遊與酒店管理領域社交媒體行銷的系統性文獻研究，相關成果發表於《International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management》等SSCI一區期刊。2021年起連續入選全球前2%頂尖科學家年度影響力榜單，擔任30餘種國際期刊編委或審稿人。
