李洪興

李洪興 中共黨員、民盟盟員。1953年7月生,先後畢業於南開大學數學系與北京師範大學數學系,獲理學博士學位。1998年8月-1999年8月在美國Wright State University作訪問教授。現任大連理工大學教授、博士生導師、中國模糊系統與數學學會副理事長、中國人工智慧學會理事兼智慧型系統工程委員會副主任、中國自動化學會智慧型控制委員會理事、中國運籌學會模糊系統委員會副理事長、國際刊物《Set Valued Mathematics》編委, 國內刊物《系統工程學報》編委、《模糊系統與數學》編委,美國數學評論評論員,德國數學文摘評論員,IEEE會員。1985年被授予天津市勞動模範稱號,1986年被國家人事部批准為“國家級有突出貢獻的中青年專家”。1997年入選“教育部跨世紀優秀人才培養計畫”。2002年被教育部授予中國高等學校優秀骨幹教師稱號。獲2002年度教育部提名國家科學技術獎自然科學一等獎。2003年5月獲首都勞動獎章。2003年7月被評為北京師範大學校級優秀共產黨員,2004年7月被評為北京師範大學校級優秀共產黨員。獲2005年度教育部提名國家科學技術獎自然科學二等獎。

在雜技表演中可以看到這樣的動作:演員口銜一根小棍子,在小棍子的另一頭立起另外一根棍子和盤子,做得好的演員還可以繞場行走。兩根棍子之間的連線點非常小,依舊能夠保持平衡。達到這樣的水平是演員長期艱苦訓練的結果,但是通過我國科學家的一項新的研究成果,人們只要輕鬆操作計算機也可以完成這樣的高難度“表演”,而且據說雜技演員能掌握的極限就是兩根棍子的平衡,我國科學家能做到的是一次頂起3根棍子並在一個平面內任意行走。完成這一成果的是北京師範大學教授李洪興領導的複雜系統智慧型控制實驗室,他們採用高維變論域自適應控制理論,在世界上第一個成功地實現了平面運動三級倒立擺實物系統控制。2005年7月15日,教育部組織包括兩位院士在內的9位相關領域的科學家對這一成果進行了鑑定,認為這是一項原創性的具有國際領先水平的重大科研成果。
倒立擺是驗證控制方法和理論的實驗平台,控制理論和方法做得越好,實現的倒立擺級數就越高,平面運動三級倒立擺是世界公認的科學難題。最初研究開始於上個世紀50年代,美國麻省理工學院的控制論專家根據火箭發射助推器原理設計出一級倒立擺實驗設備;而後人們又參照雙足機器人控制問題研製出二級倒立擺控制設備,從而提高了檢驗控制理論或方法的能力,也拓寬了控制理論或方法的檢驗範圍。三級倒立擺是由一、二級倒立擺演繹而來,它的實物系統控制實現已經是公認的難題。
2002年8月,李洪興和他的同事在國際上首次成功實現了直線運動四級倒立擺實物系統控制。此後他們又將“平面運動倒立擺實物系統控制的實現”作為重要研究課題之一。此前他們已經實現的一級至四級倒立擺均為直線運動倒立擺。據李洪興介紹,從控制理論和控制工程的意義上講,平面運動倒立擺實物系統控制的實現要比直線運動倒立擺實物系統控制的實現困難得多;這不僅是因為這樣的系統其變數、非線性程度及不穩定性成倍地增加,而且有關機械和電子器件的實現或選用會遇到瓶頸性的困難。記者在李洪興的實驗室看到了他們的倒立擺實驗器材,據介紹這些器材都是他和助手們一個零件一個零件親手加工而成,李洪興自豪地告訴記者,從了解的資料看,日本科學家用的設備比我們先進多了,我們的設備比他們簡陋,實驗難度也更大,但我們成功了。
李洪興介紹說,變論域自適應控制理論產生的方法與技術會在許多領域中得到套用,比如半導體加工行業以及機器人領域中的柔性控制方面。此外,在軍事與航天領域中,該理論與技術可用於飛彈攔截控制系統攔截飛行體的姿態與定位控制問題、航空器對接控制技術中的欠自由度多級機械手臂定位控制以及各種欠驅動控制系統,等等。李洪興告訴記者,他的研究結果已經在煉鋁行業得到套用。
李洪興和同事下一步的研究目標是設法實現彈性驅動三級倒立擺實物系統控制和平面運動四級倒立擺實物系統控制。
