李志純,男,博士,中共黨員,1976年8月出生於江西高安。華中科技大學管理學院教授,博士生導師。2013年國家社科基金重大項目首席專家,2012年國家自科基金優秀青年基金獲得者,入選2009年度教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫,獲得2008年度全國百篇優秀博士學位論文獎,2015年國家自科基金傑出青年基金獲得者,入選2016年教育部長江學者獎勵計畫特聘教授。2002年畢業於中南大學數學與統計學院獲套用數學碩士學位,2006年畢業於北京航空航天大學經濟管理學院獲交通運輸規劃與管理博士學位,2006-2008年在復旦大學管理學院管理科學與工程專業從事博士後研究。2004-2011年間在香港理工大學訪問、工作5年。2008年12月進入華中科技大學管理學院工作。主要研究領域包括交通基礎設施投資與定價、交通行為經濟學、區域經濟與城市管理等。

李志純已在國內外重要學術期刊和學術會議上發表論文50餘篇,其中SCI/SSCI論文31篇。博士學位論文被評為2008年全國(百篇)優秀博士學位論文。入選2009年度教育部新世紀優秀人才支持計畫。獲得 2009年HKSTS傑出論文獎和Gordon Newell紀念獎。
