於素敏，副教授，碩士生導師，特聘副研究員，管理學博士，目前擔任深圳大學管理學院副院長。2018年6月畢業於中南大學商學院管理科學與工程專業。研究方向：電子商務、信息管理、數據分析與套用、社會網路分析等。主持和參與多項國家級及省市級研究課題，在《Information Fusion》、《IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》《Information Sciences》、《Knowledge-Based Systems》、《Applied Soft Computing》、《Computers & Industrial Engineering》、《Group Decision andNegotiation》、《系統管理學報》等國內外主流期刊和國內外會議上發表學術論文30餘篇，總計4篇論文入選ESI全球高被引論文資料庫，其中2篇論文曾入選熱點論文。擔任國內外10餘期刊匿名審稿人。
