人物經歷

1995獲中國科學技術大學地球空間科學系理學士學位。2000昆明醫學院藥理系碩士學位。2005獲中科院昆明動物研究所動物學博士學位。2006.1-2007.12於美國匹茲堡大學神經生物系做博士後研究。2008至今於中國科學技術大生命科學學院與合肥國家微尺度物質科學實驗室任訪問學者、副教授。

突觸可塑性的調控機理。1）強化學習的神經機理。2）抑鬱症的神經機理。

突觸可塑性是公認的學習和記憶的細胞水平上的機制。研究表明多種內在和外在的因素參與調控突觸可塑性，從而影響學習和記憶，並且和多種精神疾病相關。而獎勵和學習功能的紊亂則和多種精神疾病，如精神分裂症、抑鬱症以及毒品成癮密切相關。

大腦是由上千億的神經元構成，這些神經元又相互聯繫組成了無數個網路。而神經元網路的群體性活動（reverberation）則代表了網路水平的特定的信息加工、處理和整合。這些網路活動處於細胞水平上和整體動物上學習和記憶過程中間層次。然而，我們並不知道迴響的動力學特徵，也不清楚這種網路迴響是如何形成、修飾和調控的。而且，這種網路迴響和細胞水平的突觸可塑性以及整體水平的學習記憶是如何相互關聯的也屬未知。離體培養的神經元網路可以提供一個相對可控的研究模型，從而我們可以在網路水平研究學習和記憶的機理。
