張文勤(天津市委員會科技教育委員會副主任)

1964年7月生於河北棗強。1982.9-1991.6在南開大學化學系學習並獲理學博士學位。畢業後一直在天津大學化學系任教，1997.11-1998.11、2001.11-2002.5、2003.1-2003.3先後在美國Bowling Green State University 和Southern Illinois University做訪問學者。現為天津市政協委員、天津市委員會科技教育委員會副主任、民進天津大學副主委、天津大學化學系主任、博士生導師。目前指導博士和碩士研究生21人。

研究方向

主要從事雜環化合物的激發態化學、胺基酸及核苷衍生物合成與生物活性、有機化合物結構及反應機理的計算化學等方面的理論研究，光功能聚合物、消毒劑、醫藥中間體、香料等的合成工藝與產業化方面的套用研究。主持國家自然科學基金、天津市自然科學基金、教育部骨幹教師基金和橫向研究課題10多項；

個人成就

在國內外重要學術期刊上發表學術論文60多篇（其中SCI檢索40餘篇），申請專利6項。曾榮獲96 年天津大學－頂新國際集團獎教金；97年天津市新長征突擊手榮譽稱號；99年天津大學十佳傑出青年榮譽稱號；99年寶鋼教育基金會優秀教師獎；00年霍英東優秀教師二等獎；01年 “高效消毒劑二氯一溴異氰尿酸的研製和套用”獲軍隊科學技術進步三等獎。
