人物經歷

2006年畢業於加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學,獲生物化學系學士學位。
2012年畢業於加拿大不列顛哥倫比亞大學,獲實驗醫學系博士學位。
2012年至2017年在美國史丹福大學巴斯特幹細胞實驗室從事博士後研究。
2017年至2018年在中美國史丹福大學巴斯特幹細胞實驗室以及斯坦福心血管系任講師、研究助理。
2018年起在上海交通大學醫學院附屬第九人民醫院上海精準醫學研究院任研究員、研究組長、博士生導師。

研究方向

長期從事遺傳性心肌病,通過臨床樣本、小鼠模型、人誘導性幹細胞(hiPSC)衍生心肌細胞為模型以及縮印水凝膠技術來闡明心肌衰老過程及心臟纖維化過程機理。張家毓實驗室還計畫通過建立疾病樣本和hiPSC,通過基因測序、臨床數據分析來建立遺傳性心肌病藥篩平台。

2024年4月,上海交通大學醫學院附屬第九人民醫院、上海精準醫學研究院張家毓團隊、卞遷團隊和第四軍醫大學馬恆團隊合作在《核酸研究》(《Nucleic Acids Research》)(影響因子14.16)上發表一項研究成果,揭示了非分裂端粒縮短誘發心肌細胞衰老的分子機制,確定了短端粒驅動心肌加速衰老的關鍵因素FOXC1,並為抗心臟衰老提供了新靶向治療的理論依據。
