孫永華(中國科學院研究員)

孫永華 男,1976年10月生,博士、中國科學院水生生物研究所研究員、博士生導師魚類發育與生物技術學科組組長、國家斑馬魚資源中心主任。中國動物學會斑馬魚分會副理事長秘書長中國實驗動物學會水生實驗動物專業委員會常務委員、湖北省遺傳學會理事、湖北省實驗動物學會常務理事、中國青年科技工作者協會會員、中國科學院青年聯合會委員。入選中國科學院青年創新促進會,獲首屆國家優秀青年科學基金資助,榮獲中國科學院盧嘉錫青年人才獎和首屆中國水產青年科技獎等獎項。

研究領域

主要從事魚類卵質和早期發育的分子調控,以及魚類基因組操作和定向育種研究(Cell Research, 2000; 中國科學,2014)。
闡明Smad蛋白在早期胚胎中介導BMP信號通路的網路調控機制(Journal of Biological Chemistry, 2014),發現經典Wnt信號通路的新調控因子Lbx2並闡明其激活Wnt信號活性的分子機制(Nature Communications, 2014);首獲轉基因魚的屬間克隆魚,揭示母源因子對克隆魚發育圖式形成的重要作用和克隆魚敗育的分子機制(Biology of Reproduction, 2005; Journal of Physiology, 2014)。建立不依賴於生長激素水平且快速生長的激活型生長激素受體轉基因魚模型(Transgenic Research, 2011, 中國發明專利授權,2013);利用“合成生物學”概念研製首例具有從頭合成omega-6和omega-3不飽和脂肪酸能力的轉基因魚(Marine Biotechnology, 2014,中國發明專利授權,2016);發現魚類早期胚胎中廣泛存在微同源末端介導的DNA雙鏈斷裂修復(MMEJ)機制(Mutation Research, 2015),創製特異高效的魚類原始生殖細胞操作技術(Marine Biotechnology, 2013),並將之套用於穩定高效的魚類基因組操作(中國發明專利授權,2015)。在 Nature Communications、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Mutation Research、Biology of Reproduction、Cell Research、Journal of Physiology、PLoS Genetics、Marine Biotechnology、Transgenic Research以及《中國科學》等國內外學術刊物上發表論文60 余篇。多次作為會議主席或秘書長主持國際性或全國性學術會議,應邀10多次在國際學術會議上作口頭報告。主持科技部973 課題、國家自然科學基金優秀青年科學基金、重大研究計畫課題和面上項目等一批科研項目。
主持建立國家斑馬魚資源中心,將該中心建成國際學術界公認的全球三大斑馬魚資源庫之一。
