主持和參加國家“863計畫”重大項目、國家重點科技攻關項目、江蘇省重大科技成果轉化項目等多項縱向和橫向項目。獲得國家科技進步二等獎1項，省部級二等獎1項、三等獎2項，江蘇省優秀教學成果二等獎1項，主持的“無機與分析化學”課程為江蘇省精品課程，先後被評為江蘇省“333”工程中青年科技領軍人才和南京市有突出貢獻的中青年專家。申請國家發明專利近20項，授權10項，發表學術論文150餘篇.
