人物簡介

吳曉萍: 女 ,暨南大學生命科學技術學院研究員 博導 。近3年主持國家及省部級項目5項。近5年來在國際期刊上發表SCI論文20多篇,其中以第一作者(或通訊作者)在A1類刊物發表5篇,在A2類刊物發表10篇。獲國家科學技術發明二等獎1項、廣東省科學技術發明一等獎1項和中華醫學科技獎一等獎1項。獲發明專利2項,參編著作2部。2010年被評為廣東省高等學校“千百十工程”省級培養對象。

研究方向

一直致力於細胞因子與創傷修復、腫瘤的基礎理論、臨床套用及其相關基因工程藥物的研發,主要涉及成纖維細胞生長因子(FGF)家族的結構與功能關係、細胞效應與分子調控機制、FGF規模化生產的關鍵技術、臨床套用安全性等方面。目前制約基因工程藥物研發的主要瓶頸問題是基因工程藥物的設計、改造及其高通量篩選,而蛋白質構效關係及其作用機制的研究是基因工程藥物設計和改造的核心基礎。本人十多年來的研究工作一直圍繞細胞因子進行,致力於將成纖維細胞生長因子(FGF)的基礎研究與臨床套用密切結合,在對FGF的結構與功能關係、細胞效應與分子調控機制等基礎問題進行深入研究的基礎上,一方面通過對FGF進行精細的結構改造和修飾,使改構的FGF更適於臨床套用,成功研發了基因工程一類新藥“重組人酸性成纖維細胞生長因子”;另一方面構建了細胞因子拮抗肽的篩選平台,從隨機肽庫中篩選獲得了新型的以bFGF/FGFR為靶標的拮抗肽,並對其作用機制進行了深入研究。
