研究項目

本課題組在納米載藥粒子合成、組裝及腫瘤治療方面開展了很多工作。我們設計合成的納米複合粒子及納米載藥粒子能通過光熱效應、光動力效應、機械力等效應殺傷腫瘤細胞,抑制小鼠腫瘤生長,在腫瘤局部治療方面有重要作用;我們根據腫瘤特殊的微環境設計的納米載藥粒子,能減少被體內免疫系統的清除,能將化療藥物和光動力治療藥物有效輸送至腫瘤部位,並與免疫治療相結合,在近紅外雷射誘導下,能發揮納米載藥粒子協同靶向抑制腫瘤生長與轉移的目的;我們還深入研究生物發光共振能力轉移誘導下納米載藥粒子的光動力治療和載藥雙歧桿菌在腫瘤靶向治療中的作用;從分子和細胞水平上研究抑制腫瘤生長與轉移的機理。
納米生物醫學是多學科交叉融合的前沿領域,歡迎來自生物、醫學、藥學、食品及材料化學等背景的青年學生加入本課題組。
