對於很多動畫電影而言，好的主題曲或者是BGM總是能夠讓動畫電影獲得更多的關注。比如《冰雪奇緣》當中的《LET IT GO》就在動畫上映期間為電影增色不少。索尼新動畫電影《聖誕星》（暫譯，原名為《THE STAR》）也找來知名歌手瑪麗亞·凱莉為電影演唱主題曲。日前，官方公開了主題曲的試聽版本。
創作背景
電影由Timothy Reckart執導，史蒂文·元、科甘-麥可·凱、吉娜·羅德里格茲、克里斯汀·肯諾恩斯、扎克瑞·萊維、奧普拉·溫弗莉將參與電影的配音。《聖誕星》講述一隻毛驢為了追求自由追逐夢想而和它的動物朋友們一起踏上冒險旅程，在聖誕節到來之際成為了意想不到的英雄。呢。

除了這部《聖誕星》的電影主題曲之外，瑪麗亞·凱莉還有一部將於關於聖誕節的電影《ALL I WANT FOR CHRITMAS IS YOU》也在緊張的製作當中。這部電影是根據瑪麗亞·凱莉的同名經典聖誕歌曲改編的。而這次瑪麗亞·凱莉在《聖誕星》當中演唱的歌曲也獲得了相當不錯的評價。“牛姐的聲線真的超級適合講這種很溫暖的故事。”“真是特別美了，不管是聲線還是歌曲。”“就算沒有海豚音依舊是很美好的一首歌，感覺會和動畫非常契合呢。”
