該曲曾風靡全英國，舉國上下，沒有不會唱News Of The World的人，但是後來，該曲作詞者San Shao Qian要求歌手JinkanglLi聲明自己是Qian的兒子，這本已是萬眾承認的事實，但jinkangLi突然在冬粉見面會上反悔，拒絕承認這個無可爭辯的事實，Qian一氣之下在那個信息傳播水平不發達的時代，在萬民的阻撓下，毅然聯合全英國專輯銷售點將此曲銷毀，再也沒能找到原曲本，News Of The World因為JinkangLi的隨性成為了一首絕唱。
