創作背景
歌曲《3AM》由AGA作曲，陳詠謙填詞，跟隨著AGA的聲線，感受一段感情的拉扯。當愛情變成感情，勉強一起假開心，其實比分開更難受。忙碌的生活讓人無暇思考工作以外的事，直到凌晨時分躺在床上，才真正花時間去思索與身邊人的關係......是否應該讓大家解脫？
凌晨時分是AGA最多創作靈感的時間，新歌亦由此而來。《3AM》是AGA最喜歡的90年代R&B曲風，特地找來日本人Yusuke Hatano編曲，希望在Urban美式風格中加入日式元素。今次亦是AGA第一次與GHOST STYLE合作，《3AM》中的一段英文Rap獨白，令歌曲更具特色，亦加強了曲中滲透的"3AM vibe" 。
