龔玉晶，中南財經政法大學文瀾學院副教授，博士。本科畢業於河南財經政法大學經濟學專業，獲鄭州大學金融學碩士學位，後於德國奧托-拜斯海姆管理學院取得行為金融學博士學位，主要研究方向為實證資產定價、行為金融學與公司金融。
其學術成果發表於《Pacific-Basin Finance Journal》《Emerging Markets Finance and Trade》等國際期刊，研究涉及動量策略有效性、企業社會責任與股票回報預測等議題，其中對中國股市行業動量策略的研究被權威期刊收錄。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目，並多次在金融系統工程與風險管理國際年會、全球金融學年會等學術會議報告研究成果。長期參與教學管理，擔任本科生轉專業監督小組成員，指導學生完成《企業社會責任、管理者能力與股價崩盤風險》等學位論文。兼任校內外就業創業賽事評審，推動線上線下混合式教學技術套用。
