個人簡歷

1992年、1995年、2001年在大連理工大學分別獲學士碩士博士學位。
1998-2001年香港城市大學電子封裝與組裝中心;
2003-2004年韓國科學技術院(KAIST)電子封裝材料中心;
2004年-2006年德國微電子與微系統集成研究院IZM晶片連線與先進封裝部門進行研究。
2006年歸國任教授。
