鹹味西多士是以土司麵包為主要原材料的一款糕點,配料是火腿、雞蛋,調料是黑胡椒粉、乳酪等,通過烘焙的方式做成。

原料:
土司麵包6片、片狀乳酪3片、火腿3片、雞蛋4個、黑胡椒少許做法:
1、雞蛋打散成蛋液備用,將一片麵包平鋪於盤底,放上一片火腿,再放上一片乳酪
2、蓋上另一片麵包,輕輕壓緊,然後用刀切成三角形;
3、放入打散的蛋液中,使麵包每一個面都浸泡上蛋液;
4、將沾好蛋液的麵包放入6成熱的油鍋中煎炸,直到兩面金黃後瀝油撈出。最後再撒上適量黑胡椒趁熱食用即可。
小貼士:
炸麵包的軟硬程度可以根據自己的喜好調整,不要炸得過焦。如果喜歡吃柔軟一些的,可以使麵包在蛋液中多浸泡一下,吸收多一些的水分,煎至兩面金黃後就不用再進行復炸了,這樣的麵包口感柔軟,蛋香味濃郁;
入鍋炸之前用手輕壓,可以使夾心部分更加緊實,炸得時候不易脫落,如果你放了雙份量的芝士和火腿,有點巨無霸的意思,建議炸之前用兩根牙籤固定一下,這樣操作比較容易些;
如果是招待客人為了美觀,可以將麵包四周的硬邊切除,因為炸過之後一般麵包四周的顏色會比中間黑,口感也會稍稍脆一些。
