主要研究領域

主要糠刪抹從事DNA損傷與基因組穩定性和細胞癌變機制的研究及多基因遺傳病遺傳基因定位、克隆、功能研究。綜合生物化學、分子和細胞生物學以及遺傳學方法揭示了家族性乳腺癌基尋詢擔因BRCA1在DNA雙鏈斷鏈修復，單鏈灑糊試修復以及紫外線損傷修復過程中的機制，在乳腺癌的惡性轉化中起了重要的作用，為乳腺癌的臨床基因診斷提供了套用基礎。
