高振海，男，滿族，1973年2月生，吉林大學車輛工程專業博士，西安交通大學控制科學與工程專業博士後。現任吉林大學汽車工程學院院長，兼任中國汽車工程學會汽車技術教育分會秘書長和吉林省汽車工程學會汽車電子分會秘書長。擔任《International Journal of Vehicle Autonomous Systems》、《汽車工程》及《中國機械工程》等多個國內外權威學術期刊審稿專家；擔任2012 International Conference on Advanced Vehicle Technologies and Integration的執行主席、2012 國際汽車工程師大會學生與青年工程師論壇執行主席和中國汽車工程學會首屆青年學者論壇執行主席。2001年入選教育部“高等學校骨幹教師資助計畫”，2007年入選霍英東教育基金會高等學校青年教師優選資助計畫，2008年入選教育部“新世紀優秀人才支持計畫”。

學術研究
主要學術研究方向是駕駛員操縱行為及面向安全、舒適和宜人性的的汽車人性化設計、方法及關鍵技術研究。
近五年來，作為課題負責人，圍繞著駕駛員認知負荷、自適應人機互動設計及輔助駕駛系統等汽車主被動安全性研究，相繼承擔了國家973計畫1項、國家863計畫1項、國家自然科學基金3項、霍英東教育基金1項、教育部科學技術研究重點項目1項、教育部博士點基金1項及橫向協作項目總計十餘項。在機械工程學報等國內權威期刊和IEEE等國際著名學術會議上發表學術論文60餘篇，其中SCI/EI檢索42篇。授權發明專利3項。
