馬靜遠，女，法學博士，中央財經大學法學院副教授、碩士生導師，主要研究領域為競爭法的經濟學分析、數據競爭與反壟斷、比較法。先後畢業於北京外國語大學、德國漢堡大學、荷蘭伊拉斯姆斯大學。出版Confucian Culture and Competition Law in East Asia（《儒家文化影響下的東亞反壟斷法》，與Mel Marquis合著），Competition Law in China – A Law and Economics Perspective（《競爭法在中國：法經濟學視角》）等。
