陳瑩(中國科學院上海矽酸鹽研究所研究員)

陳瑩,女,1977年生,副研究員,碩士生導師。2003年畢業於上海大學物理系凝聚態物理專業,獲理學碩士學位。主要從事凝聚態物理,以及鈣鈦礦氧化物陶瓷和多鐵性複合薄膜的製備與性能研究。

2003年畢業於上海大學物理系凝聚態物理專業,獲理學碩士學位。

研究方向

1.多鐵性磁電複合薄膜與器件。
2.微波調諧介質材料及其電容器套用探索。

主要貢獻

主要從事凝聚態物理,以及鈣鈦礦氧化物陶瓷和多鐵性複合薄膜的製備與性能研究。主持了國家自然科學基金,973子課題,上海市自然科學基金,中國科學院知識創新工程領域前沿項目等多項科研任務。在App. Phys. Lett.,J. Appl. Phys.,J. Am. Ceram. Soc.等國內外SCI刊物上發表學術論文40餘篇,單篇他引最高64次。申請中國發明專利8項,授權3項。被邀請作為J. Am. Ceram. Soc.,Mater. Res. Bull.,等SCI期刊審稿人。
