劇情簡介
艾倫是來自己警察世家，父親已經退休，兄弟傑和巴瑞二人，一是摩托騎警的隊長，一是犯罪化驗室的化學家。中央市出現飛車黨，半夜搶劫市區，放火殺人，無惡不作。中央市警局展開追緝飛車黨行動，巴瑞負責采驗罪犯留下的泥土痕跡，在實驗室中工作時發生爆炸，巴瑞被閃電擊中而成為帶有電能的閃電俠。飛車黨繼續猖狂，傑受命擔任特遣部隊指揮，原來飛車黨頭子派克，過去也是警察，對傑懷恨在心，於是殺了傑，巴瑞發揮超能力，終於制服派克與飛車黨。
