黑龍江大學學士，
香港中文大學碩士、博士，
香港大學博士後。
現為浙江大學光華法學院“百人計畫”研究員，博士生導師。
2019年獲得海牙國際法協會中國籍博士獎學金，成為海牙國際法協會的博士訪問學者。

主要成就
專著《Water Disputes in International Arbitration: Reconsidering the Nexus of Investment Protection, Environment, and Human Rights》由Kluwer 出版並收錄在國際仲裁法圖書館叢書中。先後在《當代法學》《環球法律評論》American Journal of International Law(unbound), World Trade Review, Chinese Journal of International Law, Journal of International Dispute Settlement, Journal of World Investment & Trade等國際高水平期刊發表論文二十餘篇。多次與 Oxford University Press，Cambridge University Press，Edward Elgar，Routledge等出版社合作發表文章。主持、參與多項國家級、省部級課題及研究生課程改革、案例研習等項目。

社會任職
錢旭博士曾在香港Hart Giles Notaries & Solicitors 律所從事爭端解決。擔任世界銀行營商環境評估B-Project 項目香港專家、聯合國亞太經社委員會外商投資會議專家、亞洲開發銀行（ADB）南-南合作項目法律顧問、中國貿促會（深圳）調解員、上海法院特聘教授等多項社會職務。錢旭博士是亞洲國際法協會成員，Asia Pacific FDI Network 成員，Academic Forum on Investor-state Dispute Settlement成員。香港律師會CPD (Continuing Professional Development) 課程兼職合作講師。
