金梅林

金梅林,女,華中農業大學教授,博士生導師,湖北省新世紀高層次人才,國務院政府特殊津貼獲得者。農業部獸用診斷製劑創製重點實驗室主任,農業微生物學國家重點實驗室動物病原分室主任,華中農業大學動物生物安全三級實驗室常務副主任。湖北省新世紀高層次人才支持計畫獲得者,國務院政府特殊津貼獲得者,“3551光穀人才計畫獲得者”。兼任中國畜牧獸醫學會理事,中國畜牧獸醫學會傳染病學分會常副理事長,中國畜牧獸醫學會畜牧獸醫生物技術分會第五屆理事會常務理事;湖北省生物工程學會常務理事;湖北省免疫學會常務理事。科技部高等級病原微生物實驗室生物安全審查委員會委員,農業部第一屆動物防疫專家委員會委員,湖北省突發公共衛生事件諮詢專家。

金梅林教授37年來潛心動物傳染病與人獸共患傳染病研究。先後主持973、863、國家基金等科研課題42項。獲國家科技進步二等獎3項,何梁何利科學與技術進步獎(2016),全國創新爭先獎(2016),湖北省科技進步一等獎6項(排一3項)。以第一完成人獲新獸藥註冊證書8項,主要完成人獲新獸藥註冊證書14項。獲國家發明專利授權47項、轉基因安全證書4項、國家重點新產品2項。主持制定行業、地方標準40項。發表論文289篇,其中SCI收錄142篇,第一作者和通訊作者SCI論文95篇。連續三年入選Elsevier資料庫中國高被引學者。主參編專著8部。研發新型疫苗和診斷製劑48項,轉化企業23項次。22項疫苗和診斷試劑在全國廣泛套用,社會經濟效益顯著。

研究方向

動物流感、豬鏈球菌病等人獸共患病和新發重要動物疫病的病原學、流行病學、致病機制、新型疫苗和診斷製劑等方面的研究並取得重大成果,為提高養殖效益、促進公共衛生安全做出了重要貢獻。

學術成果

1.潛心動物流感病原學與致病機制、系列化診斷製劑盒和新型疫苗研究,實現產業化,打破了國外壟斷,填補了國內空白,為流感防控提供了理論、技術與產品支撐。流感研究發表SCI論文61篇。率先將分子生物學與常規技術相結合,創建快速、現場“欄圈邊”使用的診斷製劑盒16種。研製了國際上首個禽流感病毒乳膠凝集檢測試劑盒,率先開發出商業化膠體金檢測試紙條、通用型ELISA抗原檢測試劑盒和豬流感H1亞型ELISA抗體檢測試劑盒,相關產品列入國家禽流感一線防控計畫,2011年獲國家科技進步二等獎。研製出我國首個豬流感H1N1亞型滅活疫苗,可對H1N1、H1N2和甲型H1N1流感提供有效保護,結束了我國無豬流感疫苗的歷史。
2.提出解決多病原共感染的新策略,創製豬鏈球菌等細菌病新型疫苗,為控制細菌感染、保障食品安全提供了重要支撐。研製出首個豬鏈球菌三價滅活疫苗,在全國31個省市推廣,市場占有率達44%,使用疫苗的區域均無群發性豬鏈球菌病流行,有效阻斷病原向人傳播。原創性發掘豬鏈球菌、副豬嗜血桿菌通用保護功能蛋白,在國際上首創二聯細菌病基因工程亞單位疫苗,推進了動物細菌疫苗從傳統向精準提升。研製出首個副豬嗜血桿菌-豬鏈球菌二聯滅活疫苗、豬鏈球菌弱毒疫苗。提出並實施免疫診斷與淨化的策略,有效控制了豬痢疾流行。
3.著力構建產學研技術創新平台,以第一完成人獲新獸藥註冊證書8項,主要完成人獲新獸藥註冊證書14項,實現成果從實驗室走向市場的跨越。建成國際水準GMP產業化基地,研發新型疫苗和診斷製劑48項,轉化企業23項次。形成具有國際影響力的動物生物製品創製、健康養殖、技術服務“三位一體”的防控技術體系。成果在全國推廣取得重大經濟社會效益,2016年獲國家科技進步二等獎。豬偽狂犬疫苗全國銷量第一(曾獲2001年獲國家科技進步二等獎)。
金梅林獲國家科技進步二等獎3項(第一2項,第二1項),獲何梁何利科學與技術進步獎、湖北省科技進步一等獎6項、首屆全國創新爭先獎。獲國家發明專利授權47項(第一23項,轉化30項)。現已發表論文289篇,SCI論文142篇(IF5.0以上21篇)。SCI總影響因子440,他引1227次。連續三年被Elsevier資料庫評為高被引學者。主參編專著8部。享受國務院政府特殊津貼,獲中國僑界貢獻獎、中國創新創業優秀成果獎、中國國際高新技術成果交易會優秀產品獎。

教育科研

作為預防獸醫學學科帶頭人,學科在科研、教學、人才培養、平台建設、產業開發、技術推廣在本領域和相關行業、產業均有一定影響力。建設農業部獸用診斷製劑創製重點實驗室、動物疫病防控國家地方聯合工程實驗室等支撐平台10餘個,為人才培養和學科建設奠定了基礎。
在華中農業大學畜牧獸醫專業首次開設出基礎性課程“細胞生物學”,所教授的“動物傳染病學”評為湖北省精品課程。2007年入選為教育部創新團隊,2012年入選國家自然科學基金委員會創新研究群體。培養博士後6人,博士26人,碩士74人。培養學生分別獲得全國優博提名、國家獎學金、各種優秀學術論文獎。
