個人簡介

酈萍,女,1981年2月出生,浙江諸暨人,博士。2009獲浙江大學生命科學學院微生物學專業博士學位; 2009~2014年在美國Florida State University從事博士後研究工作;2015年3月起任職於浙江工商大學食品與生物工程學院。

研究方向

1.綠色食品添加劑-抗菌肽的作用靶點及抑菌機理
2.食品級微生物的篩選及其安全高效表達系統的建立

學術成果

在國內外學術期刊上發表論文13篇,其中10篇被SCI收錄。過去五年,主要以釀酒酵母為研究對象,研究與人類疾病相關蛋白或基因對細胞周期的調控機理;參與美國國家自然基金NSF項目 “Mechanism of Spindle Pole Body Duplication and Separation in Yeast Meiosis”及”Condensin-Mediated Chromosome Organization During Meiosis”。
