發展和套用蛋白質組學，代謝組學,和化學生物學的技術和方法。研究病原微生物-宿主細胞的相互作用。以細胞和小鼠為主要研究對象研究免疫細胞的抗原遞呈機制並發現可能的腫瘤疫苗。發現和鑑別癌症早期診斷的標記物並研究化療藥物的毒理和作用機制。研究氧化還原生物學在衰老和疾病中的功能和作用機制。
