鄢秋龍，男，理學博士，南方醫科大學第五附屬醫院教授，南方醫科大學第五附屬醫院微生態醫學中心主任，博士生導師，博士後合作導師。遼寧省興遼英才青年拔尖人才，大連醫科大學優秀青年科技工作者。主持大連市傑出青年科技人才項目、國家自然科學基金兩項（2023，2019），省部級項目多項。獲遼寧省科學技術進步三等獎。獲遼寧省自然科學學術成果獎一等獎。以（並列）第一作者或通訊作者於以（含並列）第一作者或通訊作者於《Cell》、《Nature Microbiology》、《Genome medicine》、《American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine》、《Microbiome》、《Clinical Microbiology and Infection》（2篇）、《Journal of Advanced Research》（2篇）、《npj Biofilms and microbiomes》（2篇）等期刊發表SCI論文30餘篇，總影響因子近140，總引用次數>1100，H-index指數16。
2025年其主持的《腸道多界微生物組的解析及其在消化道疾病中的作用機制與新型治療策略研究》項目獲國家自然科學基金青年基金項目（B類）資助，直接經費200萬元，實現所在單位該類項目零突破。

1.微生物組研究（細菌組、真菌組、病毒組）：包括自身免疫疾病、肺部疾病、消化道疾病等多種疾病，方法學探索及構建（如病毒組學、真菌組）及其在臨床疾病中的套用；
2.培養組學研究：腸道、口腔、生殖道及腫瘤相關部位的細菌及真菌的大規模分離培養，菌庫構建，及菌株相關致病功能機制探索；
3.益生菌及中草藥：益生菌的分離、益生功能挖掘及其與中草藥互作研究
