1971年生，福州大學環境與資源學院副教授、博士、環境科學與工程系主任。主要從事“水污染控制工程”領域教學、科研和工程套用工作，專注於將科研成果轉化為使用。1993~1995年，在上海市高教設計研究院從事給排水設計工作。1998年同濟大學環境工程專業碩士畢業後任職福州大學環境與資源學院。

先後主持或參與完成省部級和產學研科研課題6項，其中主持福建省重大科技專項課題1項；在國內外期刊雜誌發表學術論文20多篇，其中SCI收錄1篇，EI收錄8篇；獲國家實用新型專利2項。在開展教學和科研的同時，堅持參加污染治理工程實踐，積累了豐富的工程經驗；先後主持設計50多項投資總額超3000萬的水污染治理工程項目。

Mainly engaged in the lecture, scientific research and engineering application work of water pollution control engineering, focused on transferring the achievements of scientific research into application. Since 1998, successively chief or participated in 6 items of provincial-level scientific research, including one major science and technology subject of Fujian province; published more than 20 academic articles at home and abroad, including 1 SCI and 8 EI; and achieved two national utility model patents. At the same time of teaching and research, adhered to practice in pollution control engineering and accumulated rich experience in engineering, passed the first national environmental protection engineer register examination in 2007, and successively presided over more than 50 items of projects design and construction on wastewater treatment engineering, total investment of 30 million.
