邊繼明,男,1973年生,現任大連理工大學物理與光電工程學院教授,博士生導師。遼寧省百千萬人才工程“千人層次”入選者,大連市首批領軍後備人才。

人物經歷

2005年獲中國科學院上海矽酸鹽研究所材料科學與工程專業博士學位。
博士畢業來校工作,特評為副教授,
2008年被評審為博士生導師。2015年評為教授,
1995年6月獲得齊齊哈爾輕工學院獲得學士學位;
1998年4月獲得大連輕工學院碩士學位;
2005年6月獲得中國科學院上海矽酸鹽研究所博士學位。
1998年4月至1999年10月大連盛道玻璃製品廠任技術質量部經理助理,1999年10月至2001年10月任大連海普化學材料有限公司研發一室主任;
2001年10月至 2002年9月任大連華城電子有限公司銷售部服務工程師。
2005年7月至2015年12月任大連理工大學物理與光電工程學院副教授。
2008年6月起人微電子學與固體電子學博士點博士生導師。
2015年12月至今任大連理工大學物理與光電工程學院教授。

主要貢獻

2002年起至今一直從事寬頻隙半導體光電材料與器件的研究工作。參加過國家自然科學基金重點項目等多項科研課題, 2004年至今在國內外期刊發表相關論文近100篇,其中以第一作者和通訊作者發表相關SCI收錄論文近40篇。論文引用超過1500次,個人H因子超過20.
博士期間(2002-2005)起一直從事新一代寬頻隙半導體-氧化鋅光電材料與器件的研究工作。參加過中科院百人計畫基金、國家自然科學基金、上海市科委光科技行動計畫等多項科研課題, 已在國內外學術刊物和會議上發表論文近50篇。在ZnO材料與光電器件方面獲得了國際水平的原創性研究成果, 多篇論文在國際權威刊物美國套用物理快報(Applied Physics Letters)上發表。
另外, 申請者2008至2009年曾在紐西蘭奧克蘭大學國際納米材料與器件專家WeiGao教授(紐西蘭皇家科學院院士)研究組訪學一年,專門從事一維ZnO 納米線/棒的生長和發光器件研究。擔任國家自然科學基金同行評議專家,中科院國際材料物理中心協作成員等職。 遼寧省百千萬人才工程“千人層次”入選者。
