蘇金遠（1982年—），福建龍巖人，法學博士，現任武漢大學法學院國際法研究所教授、博士生導師，國際公法教研室主任，武漢大學國際法治研究院航空法與外空法團隊首席專家。
2004年獲西安交通大學文學學士學位，2007年獲該校文學碩士學位，後赴倫敦國王學院、劍橋大學勞特派特國際法中心聯合培養，2011年獲西安交通大學法學博士學位。歷任西安交通大學法學院講師、副教授、教授（2011-2019），其間借調外交部參與國際法研究，並任加拿大麥吉爾大學博士後研究員。2019年起任武漢大學法學院教授，2020年任國際公法教研室主任。
研究方向聚焦外層空間法、國際航空法和海洋法，主持國家社科基金等項目，學術成果發表於《歐洲國際法學刊》《萊頓國際法學刊》等國際權威期刊。作為中國代表團成員多次參與聯合國及國際民航組織會議，主持的智庫報告獲中央部門採納。兼任中國國際法學會理事、中國宇航學會航天政策與法律專業委員會副執行委員，擔任《中國國際法論刊》等期刊編委。

2014年2-6月，借調外交部，開展國際法基本理論和突發事件應對策略研究。

2019- 武漢大學法學院教授。
